An excellent source of ideas!

This book is full of practical advice on how to interact with your toddler and create a learning environment throughout the day and throughout the home. Speech Therapy for Toddlers is a great book for a parent who is looking for ways to improve their little one's skills to interact and learn through play. Great narration in the audio version!

Extremely Helpful!

My friend gave me this book, and I was immediately impressed within the first few chapters. The author has done extensive research and covered areas of speech therapy that I have not seen in other books. My favorite part was the recipes and activities to do with your toddler. Overall this audiobook has amazing ideas and helpful tips and tricks that will help any parent that is struggling with helping their child learn how to communicate. Highly recommend it, and the narrator has a great voice.

Very Informational

This is amazing it give good ideas on how to work with toddlers. I got a nephew that is autistic and he has trouble pronouncing a lot word. So I'm definitely going recommend this book to my sister and I highly recommend people to buy this audiblebook book if even of their kids are having a speech problem.

Fantastic!

I absolutely love this audiobook. There is so much research now on the importance of early childhood development and how vital the first few years of life are. This audiobook shares tons of strategies that you can easily implement to help your child develop early interaction skills.

Not only does this book share various strategies, it also categories them by age group: 12-24 years, 2-3 years, and 4-6 years. This book is literally there for you as your child grows. Cute and fun games to help your child reach important milestones. My sister-in-law is due in June and I will definitely be sharing this book with her.

BONUS: This audiobook comes with an accompanying PDF of the audiobook, with a checklist and additional resources to further prepare your child for the future. This is so much more than just a book.

Really recommend this book

This audiobook is enjoyable and pleasant to listen to. It is packed with helpful and proven information to guide your toddler (s) in improving his/her social interaction and essential skills need for development. I like the author's emphasis on the value of the time we spend with our kids and its importance and positive impact. Just mins of daily activities using the fun games provided can help in developing your child's skills and forming a bonding relationship. I do recommend this book especially knowing you are getting valuable information from an experienced professional and author Yasmin Akhtar.

Nice resource to have for young kids

My own child and several of my nieces had difficulty with speech. It really does some seem like a lot of parents are dealing with this problem. This guide is a really good resource, like a dictionary of activities for children to aid their development. you can just refer to it if you run out of ideas. I love that the author is a qualified speech therapist who knows what they're talking about.

I thoroughly enjoyed this listen. I haven’t been a new mom for quite a while now and my first child there was never books like this.

My newest babe is a year now and so excited to start working on these ideas, tips, tricks and processes to help her grow and be the best she can be!

Also really liked that it had the accompanying PDF so I could download and highlight things I specifically wanted to try!

I learned a lot about my kid and how to develop his speech pattern at such a young age. This book contains a lot of valuable info on language, child development, and growth between parent and child. The games were great and high-quality learning for new parents that want to develop their child's communication well.
