A Must Read for Any Home Owner or Agent!

Wonderfully written book that describes how to sell a home efficiently and for top dollar. Although the book seems to be geared toward home sellers, it is honestly the best book I’ve read about the value that a great real estate agent utilizing current digital marketing techniques can bring to the table.

Kris breaks this down step by step into easily digestible bites, explaining how new technologies really benefit any home seller.

This book should be read by every home seller to learn and understand what makes a great agent as well as every real estate agent to understand what it takes to deliver top quality service to the client.

Choosing agents and using technology to sell homes

Emphasized is that is is easy to follow old mls listing practices and not reach buyers. People use the internet more and are influenced by other factors. Creat a sense of energy and competition for the listing to encourage sales. Study trends and don’t over charge.
