Flipping Houses in no time!

The level of details these books provide is incredible! It provides more simplified and easy to understand details of buying and flipping a house. There are a lot of “flip this house” kind of shows out but this book points out things I don’t think I’ve seen addressed on these shows. Bottom line, I think the author does an excellent job of explaining house flipping and what to look for. Definitely a diamond in an entrepreneur’s tool box!

Great business plan

I read all Lou’s books and started following him to get more educated on this business model. Me and my friend want to invest together and now I feel so much more prepared and confident. Some of the arguments he brings are straightforward, but for some reason they never crossed my mind. Had a few a-ha moments reading his books.

First off, I can't get over how incredible Chris Reilly's voice is, so soothing. Flipping house 2-1 for beginners is a very informative book on real estate, specifically house flipping. It's filled with tones of hidden gems when it comes to flipping houses. Lou Vachon goes into detail, from how to find the money to get started, what actual income projections you can expect to make, and how to make it into a full-on business and incorporate. I learned a lot from these books, and I feel more comfortable getting started in real estate.
