Nice smoothies to pair with my diet. I like having smoothies in the morning to start my day fresh. I feel so full just by drinking smoothies.

Recipes are really great. it feels so refreshing

Smoothie recipes are really great. Now I have tried a few smoothies already and it feels so refreshing. I hope I lose a lot of weight real soon. Best to pair with exercise.
