Superfood ingredients were highlighted by this smoothie recipe book. There are ingredients to avoid like sweeteners, fruit juice, ice cream etc. The goal is to lessen the sugar content.

The book explained well the superfood ingredients that will be used all through out the book and how they will add flavor to the smoothie or help lose weight. Lots of superfood ingredients like chia seeds, aloe vera, honey, quinoa, hemp seeds, etc.

Recipes are really great. it feels so refreshing

Smoothie recipes are really great. Now I have tried a few smoothies already and it feels so refreshing. I hope I lose a lot of weight real soon. Best to pair with exercise.
