The only downside was, I wish it was longer.
This was very informative & helpful! I have suffered from insomnia since I was 15 yrs old. I had a sleep study done by my Dr when I was 28 yrs old & was told after that 75% of my sleep was useless to me. This book explained a lot in such a short time!
I was not aware of the different kinds of insomnia, let alone how many kinds. This book explained the different kinds & the cause of them. It also gives you ideas & ways to help yourself, or someone you know that suffers from a form of insomnia.The
The narrator was really good as well, he spoke very clearly & with no mistakes at all.
If you or someone you know suffers with insomnia, then defiantly recommend this book. It's short and in that short amount of time you get a TON of HELPFUL Information & all from a great sounding narrator!
