The gift of nighttime sleep: How to get a full night's rest for you and your baby in less than a week, no matter your child’s age.

Do you remember the last time you stayed awake through an entire movie, or when you last had a full night’s sleep?

Has your bundle of joy been keeping you up all night, or interrupting your sleep with cries and restlessness?

Are you worried that neither you nor your child has rested well for weeks, and are afraid of getting a burnout soon?

You’ve been waiting for your little one to learn how to sleep through the night by themselves, and are slowly running out of patience.

Anyone would–especially with the excessive daytime sleepiness you’ve been experiencing.

With nearly 43 percent of parents getting sleep-deprived and each parent losing 109 minutes of sleep daily during their child’s first year, you are not alone.

Sleep deprivation can severely affect your physical and mental performance by causing deficits in judgment, depressed mood, memory issues, or trouble concentrating.

But don’t worry–your baby is capable of sleeping throughout the night, and you are about to discover how you can send them to slumberland.

If you’ve tried sleep training in the past and failed terribly, this is a golden opportunity for you because the methods highlighted inside are expert-approved.

Babies are precious–but so is sleep–and you shouldn’t have to choose!

This age-guided sleep coaching handbook has got your back.

In Sleep Training Like a Pro, you’ll discover:

  • How to help your child get through sleep terrors, sleepwalking, nighttime fears, bedwetting, thumb-sucking, and other sleep problems.
  • Life hacks to help your toddler transition to the big-kid bed and wean them off co-sleeping.
  • How much nap time is appropriate for your child through the different developmental stages, from birth to when they are eight years old.
  • Reasons why your previous sleep training efforts have failed, and how to form the proper bedtime habits for success.
  • Sleep power-tools to help prepare for sleep training, including techniques that have been found to work without any hiccups.
  • How to sleep coach your special needs child and those with sensory processing disorders.
  • Your child’s sleep personality and how it affects their sleeping habits–with tips on how to navigate difficult sleep temperaments.
  • How to get your baby to sleep like a log throughout the night for more refreshed mornings and fewer burnouts.
  • Stay in the loop–hacks to stay consistent in your sleep training endeavors, and what to do when they regress.

And so much more!

Parenting doesn’t have to be a sleep-deficient experience–it should be a relaxed one with lots of joy to ensure you treasure every moment with your child.

If you are about to start sleep training your little one, you need solutions that work.

This guide delivers what you need to quickly and confidently sleep train your child within a few days.

Rest for you and your baby is only one step away… so what are you waiting for?

Soo cool

I’m so glad I found this audiobook, I’m sharing this with my mom as it would be helpful for my little sister who has Down’s syndrome. Grateful for this audiobook, I learned new information on the nervous system of children and what is a help and hindrance to their sleep. Amazing.

A Must Read for Sleep-Deprived Parents

When you're a new parent, you might not get much sleep. But this audiobook can teach you about your sleep cycle and common sleep disorders so that you have the tools you need to get a good night's sleep. He talks about a lot more than just how to get your kid to sleep. His tips for teaching kids and parents how to behave are also great. He has clearly raised his own kids and knows many of the things that can go wrong. I would highly recommend it to all parents, especially those who aren't getting enough sleep or who just want to sleep better overall. Every new parent should read this book.

Helpful Guide!

I and my kids have always been sleeping irregular hours. I have never had a good sleep since the kids are born. Definitely, my hours of sleep have changed a lot. Now I have a 3-year-old and his sleeping schedule is not ideal for me either. I still have to wake up every night. This book helps me understand more about sleep training and I'm going to try some of the methods in this book for him.

This author is a Pro!

He talks about so much more than getting your child to sleep. His tips for behavior training of both children and parents are amazing. He obviously has raised his own children and knows many of the pitfalls. I am a grandma now but wish I had a book like this when I was raising my boys. Instead I had Dr. Spock and we all know how that turned out!
Highly recommend to all parents.

This book is so helpful!

I was particularly interested in the chapter about toddlers, as our son and his wife are struggling with twins that need help in getting a full night's sleep. Knowing the different methods to wind down the day and what routines to make changes in small increments was extremely helpful. Of course the additional chapter on multiples was exactly what our family needed. I highly recomend this book to parents with children of all ages. Narration was very calm and easy to listen to.

A MUST-READ TO LEARN CHILDREN'S SLEEP PATTERNS

A few takeaways for me when listening to this book were 1) to be patient 2) every day is a new day 3) there are different sleep temperaments. I especially loved that there were separate chapters on children's sleep patterns from newborn to school-aged children. This is a great resource filled with lots of helpful information and strategies to help with children's sleep.

Great summary of sleep theory for all age kiddos!

Nice discussion of the realities of sleep and lack thereof for parents and kids. Loved the individual chapters on different ages and also the chapter on special needs kids. So many book just don't cover that, and the author did a nice job of it here. I also appreciated the chapter titles "When Nothing Works" because the fact is, sometimes nothing does work!!?? Thanks for this contribution, I think it is much needed in a world where people have fewer children (in those bigger families parents learn on the older kids and got it with the younger...) for those of us with just 1 or 2, we need some help!! Thanks for providing it here!
