amazing way to get to sleep

This is wonderful and a great way to get to sleep for me. I slept like a baby on a Sunday night, doesn't normally happen for me on the first try.

Get the rest you deserve!

I get to sleep easier. I get more rest and the person who reads the guided meditation voice is so relaxing and calming. The background music also helps you drift into sleep. I highly recommend it.

soothing

like a subtle breeze gently brushing your skin while you're laying down on a beach, this guided meditation knows how to hush a noisy mind. there's only a meager amount of people who wouldn't be soothed by the sounds of nature & waves.

both narrators have a serein and calm voice which helps you with getting relaxed and ready to sleep.

STAY AWAY!!

This meditation bundle just plain sucks! It's broken down into different sections.The first section has this very nice woman speaking to you about relaxing yourself with a RAGING THUNDERSTORM in the background. I don't know about you, but I've never been able to quietly fall asleep in a raging thunderstorm! Secondly, in the next section, this nice woman with a calming voice has you deep breathing for almost a half hour. It goes something like this: take 4 seconds to inhale, then hold you breath for 7 seconds, then slowly exhale in 8 seconds. I can understand she wants you to take a couple of deep breaths to relax, and settle your mind in order to become more relaxed and to forget the day behind you, but a half hour of this is just crazy. After I did this, I was too tired to go to sleep. You get where I'm coming from. This is the most useless meditation audio I've ever heard. I couldn't take it anymore so I had to delete it!!
If your looking for a audio to help you fall asleep, try Deep Sleep Every Night by Glen Harrold or Complete Relaxation by the same author. You won't be disappointed!

Sleep Meditation Bungled

This noise is a complete waste of time and money.
I would recommend it to anyone with money to burn.
It is just a series of recorded noises played over and over.
The one thing it has helped with is to be careful.

Some chapters are relaxing, but poor quality

not the greatest sleep meditation around

I bought this looking for a better night's sleep and premium quality meditations and sleep sounds. However, I found the format of the book illogical and many of the meditations to be too short followed by jarring sleep sounds. The book is formatted into groups of three. An explanation of the meditation, the meditation followed by a hour long track of sleep sounds. I appreciated being able to skip the explanation, however the main body being split into two means setting a sleep timer on audible was a nightmare. The first two meditations went for about 10-20 mins followed by a repeated track of someone counting breathing. I felt sleepy after the meditation but the counting woke me up. Some of the sleep sounds are of low quality and made up of audio loops of a single white noise with an overly of some music. However, the cut for the loop was often obvious and mind immediately focused on the fact that it was a loop. I would say this is mainly personally preference, but this book was definitely not for me.

Not worth money

Bought this based on reviews. reviews must have been fake. much better quality videos on YouTube for free. this is useless in a book form - waste of money. Doesn't take long to realise the majority is music. utter waste of money

I fall asleep everytime

when l listen to this before sleeping i definitely have a better sleep.. a deep sleep. It did take a couple of times to get into it, not because it was not good. Only because I was so use the listening to some of my other favourites. Definitely recommend !!!
