Wish I’d known this information years ago
Learned so much. And will save so much money in the future!! What a waste buying all those products that did nothing for me…thousands of dollars wasted when all I needed was a bottle of drugstore moisturizer!

Information I’ve been looking for my whole life
I literally took notes as I listened. Finally, an experienced dermatologist who isn’t pushing her own products, giving real advice based on science and the legalities of skincare.
I have so much skincare I’ve been using to fight aging, ineffectively. She explains why in the book.
I plan to use up what I have because none of it fell into the “useless” or harmful categories, but once it’s gone, I’m going to the simplied method she laid out.
