Very swoony, small-town, single-dad romance!

Single-Minded is book 4 in the Single Dads of Dragonfly Lake series by Amy Knupp, and delivers a very swoony, small-town, single-dad romance that is the perfect escape. West and Presley are definitely opposites in almost every way, but this means they fit together like surprising puzzle pieces. His three girls are adorable and I really enjoyed his devotion to them. I really enjoyed the characters, the town, and this series!

Connor Crais and Stella Hunter are such fantastic performers you really can’t go wrong. In a sweet, engaging single-dad romance they sweep you up in the story and carry you away like the excellent artists they are. Excellent casting!

Keep the Single Dads coming!

This has been such a wonderful series full of delicious single daddies, and West Aldridge is another yummy addition to my single dad collection. He has three absolutely darling girls and finds himself in quite the pickle when he ends up doing a bunch of contract work for the home and business of the absolute whirlwind that is Presley.

No matter how hard they try, though, their attraction and connection is so powerful. West is trying to show Presley that she can enjoy life at a slower pace, while she’s trying to gain his trust and prove that he can trust his heart, and his daughters’, with her. It’s a wonderfully sweet story, and while West and Presley certainly light up the pages, I also enjoy all of the times we get to see them together with the girls. This series is such a comfort for me.

🎧: Connor Crais and Stella Hunter, of course, did a wonderful job in this dual narration. They’re some of my fave narrators, and their two voices work so well together. They brought the emotion and the banter and made this audio such a wonderful experience.

Then there's Presley, who is absolutely charming, confident, and emotionally intelligent. She quickly developed a sweet bond with West’s girls. The narration by 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬 and 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 truly brought the characters to life, making this a great listen for fans of small town single dad romances.

Amy Knupp - a must-listen series!

I’m so glad Amy Knupp has given us this amazing single dads series - I love the small town of Dragonfly Lake, all of these guys, the Henry Brothers - everything about it! My favourite part will of course always be the escape llamas who have their couple of mentions in here (including an excellent piece of art), but Presley and West are such a perfect fit and they just make this one fantastic.

It’s the single dad with a bad relationship track record, and the too busy for relationships former workaholic who quit and moved to a small town - they’re a great match when he starts doing the contracting work on her new house, as well as a side job on the coffee shop she decides on a whim will be the perfect new career. Spending all that time in close proximity when he knows he has to keep his hands to himself is a tough job… until his kids fall for her and he can’t help but give into the “one time to get it out of our systems” ploy - doesn’t everyone know that never works?

This is an absolutely fantastic read (even better because I’ve been in a huge slump and an Amy Knupp book was exactly what I needed), with the perfect blend of those tropes, the perfect amount of spice, and the cutest darn kids around (and llamas). I highly recommend not just this book, which I adored, but the whole Single Dads of Dragonfly Lake series, because they’re all excellent!

The audiobook is narrated by two of the very best in the industry, who were so perfectly cast in the roles of Presley and West! - Stella Hunter and Connor Crais. They are two voices I always can count on for brilliant performances. Bravo, to both! Loved listening to this book even more because it was Stella and Connor!
