Publisher's Summary

After sealing the otherworldly portal, Eric becomes a Magister of the order of monster hunters. From now on, as head of the once mighty organization, he gains power over all its riches.

But Eric is aware that he won't be able do it on his own. And reviving what is popularly referred to as "the dead order" won't be enough. He also has to assert its right to exist because its ancient enemy is on the lookout!

Very soon the Steel King will realize that his plan to get back the Crown, a most powerful artifact and symbol of the royal dynasty's authority, has failed. Need it be said who will suffer all his wrath?

Eric realizes a great battle is coming, one like those described in the ancient chronicles. He also realizes that in the upcoming showdown he will need loyal and powerful helpers at his side. And thus, after defying Darkness, Eric's path takes him to the Undermountain Kingdom of the Gnomes. According to ancient legends and tales, that is where he will find Gramner the Fourarmed and convince the great blacksmith to perform the hatching ritual in the Forge of the True Flame.

Good story,

setting, characters, etc, but, most likely because of the translation, the dialog is so awkward and cringey sometimes. A better translator is needed.

Awesome!

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite series. If I had one wish to make of the author it's that he made them longer. I could very much enjoy these books being twice as long.

Payback Time!

The story moves forward at an even pace and the MC encounters numerous new monsters and many of his old enemies. However, unlike past books in the series, he is way OP and wealthy beyond measure. Part of me enjoyed having him not constantly fearing for his life but a much bigger part felt that the story progression became unchallenging and so less interesting.

I did enjoy the section where he met up with friends and enemies from the beginning books and helped some while settling some debts with his enemies.

Hopefully, the next book will have him once again encountering difficult challenges and, maybe, a burgening love interest.

short but still good

sir that was incredibly short, but still entertaining none the less. i was craving more and was shocked when it ended lol.

the overly formulated speech patterns are starting to get rough tho. if u read this author. plz think about shaking up the speech patterns a little. less over use of particular phrases and more individual ways of speaking between characters.

still a really awesome addition tho. keep it up champ. cant wait for the next one

It has ended before it started.

One star for story because there was no story. It has ended before the story started.
