I took a bunch of notes.
This book scratches the surface as to many of the issues and the process of representing Buyers and Sellers in short sale transactions. I've taken formal courses on short sales, but this book makes the short sale process easier to understand.

Incredible Information! Essential.
I am a real estate investor, and my wife is studying to become a real estate agent. With the current pandemic, I suggested for her to look into short sales... as an investor I can see a wave of foreclosures coming our way. This book is essential for any real estate agent looking to do business for the next several years. For us, it’s worth it’s weight in gold. Houston market, here we come!

A lot of information that I didn't know. I want to attack short sales in NY and I feel better prepared.
