Publisher's Summary

When had life stopped being so simple? Probably around the time that Casey Frost first agreed to pay off her drug-addict brother's debt to save him from a brutal beating. It soon became a "thing". When the dealer - who's also an Alpha shifter - demands she do something that goes against her very being, Casey decides enough is enough. It's while she's confronting the Alpha that he appears - Eli Axton, a ruthless wolf shifter with a dark reputation. When their eyes lock and the mating urge violently kicks in, she knows her world is about to change.

The last unmated male in his pack, Eli feels weary and alone. Seeing his friends so happy makes the head enforcer acutely feel the absence of his true mate. He wouldn't have expected to find her in the parking lot of a shifter fight club or for her to be such an unusual breed of shifter. Certain the female enforcer belongs to him, he doesn't hesitate to claim her. Not everyone is happy to see Casey mated, though. Soon, danger is coming at them from different angles, threatening the life they're trying to build. Their enemy needs to be eradicated fast. But how did you destroy an enemy when you weren't sure who they were?

Contains mature themes.

AmazeBalls!!! More Please!!!

I love this series I’m bummed it’s over but it’s been such a good ride. I’m so glad Eli found his mate and she is perfect for him. I love strong female leads and Kacy is strong, funny and a great match for Eli. I really hope a Kane’s and Cass story comes out I’m really looking forward to seeing how there courtship goes. As usual the narrator did an amazing job. Highly recommended

I love this!

I loved another one of the Mercury Packs stories. I just wish it was available in audio like the rest of them are. I used my accessibility voice reading option but it was no way as good as a narrator. I love this series

Eli's book didn't disappoint

I've waited a long time for Eli's book, I own all the audios and Jill Redfield does an amazing job, so I had to wait until the audio came out. It was everything I wanted for Eli. Casey was perfect! Eli has never been an easy wolf to live with, we've seen that in the past books in the series, but Casey knows when to push back and when to just follow along. I loved the overall arcs of the book, and the outcomes for both. I'm sad our time with the Mercury and Phoenix packs is over, but hopefully the epilogue gives some hope to a future series about the children of the pack. Suzanne Wright and her shifter books are always a auto buy for me, so I'm looking forward to the next series only a couple weeks away.

New Favorite!

I have been looking forward to Eli’s story since Marcus and Roni. This did not let me down. I loved the Casey and how sting she was and how perfect they were together. Jill Redfield brought the story to life bringing the characters depth and emotions forward. Will re-listen often.

Eli got his Perfect Mate!!!!🐺🥰

Eli story was truly refreshing and reminded me why I fell in love why this series of books in 1st place.
Casey personal story made this book all more interesting too (more relatable) and her sportsmanship made me actually WISHED BADLY I could see her and team the Hounds play a match.
After "Untamed Delight" the Phoenix pack book 8, which wasnt my cup of tea and a bit of a let down. With this book it was great to see both were open to the mating bonds from the jump!!! And Eli didn't run from it Unlike his brother Nick when he first seen Shaya.
And so glad to see Ms Wright made Eli's mate perfect for him in every way and still she has own stands, strength and well dam Casey didnt even hesitated to put his mom in her place.
This book was great read.

PS. I REALLY hope that Cassidy and Kane gets their own book in this series because I really would like to know how he went about winning her heart!🥰🤗

Loved It

I Loved how this books ties the whole family and their past together. How both families have grown along with each new character. Suzanne Wright and the Phoenix Pack got me addicted to this genre and I am still going. I HOPE we get the future generation of these Wonderful characters. Enjoy

🌻This couple had it a bit too easy 🌻

🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻V from Kansas🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

I enjoyed this book just as I have enjoyed all the books in the two Packs series. This book did have less emotional intensity, then most of the others. This couple had more of an insta-love relationship, instead of having to fight for their relationship by surviving trials and tribulations. This isn’t always a bad thing. Honestly, this wasn’t one of my favorites, in the series, however, it was still worth the credit and the listen.

OK story but too much sex.

I think the story was a bit thin and she filled the gaps with a whole lot of repetitive sex. The ending, that seems like a wrap up of the series, was so fast that I couldn’t tell who had which child. Narrator was great as usual.

Same story, different characters

The best part of this audio were the soccer scenes. The rest I have heard before in the other installments of the series. One of Wright’s hallmarks are steamy smex but the names are interchangeable and there is nothing new. And the characters have lost some dimension - they say the same things, same behavior patterns, same dialogue. Sigh.

Love this series!

Cracking characters. Especially love the mink and pallas cat! Their interactions are so funny and the narrator makes it very easy to visualise the scene playing out! My fav has to be the mink and cat 'playing nicely' with their catches! Sick? Yes! But also very funny and poor Bracken gets the brunt of it all. Would love to see what happens between Cassidy and Cane?! X

My favourite book in the series

Their love story was the best in this series. Casey is awesome, I love that she is a fighter in more ways than 1 and learning about the mink pack was pretty good too ( I am totally hoping there will be a book about them). Apart from action, spice, hilarity and romance, this book had a ton of football in it too (they call it soccer 😬). All in all brilliant. I want more.

Excellent book

The last of the series does not disappoint. Author continues to write a great story as usual mixing the action, drama, sex, romance and dialogue to produce an excellent escape for shifter fans.

Familiar story and characters

After 8 Phoenix pack and 4 Mercury pack books the formula is well established and its a return to the world of characters we all know and love. Familiar boy meets girl, lots of sex and a fair amount of action. As usual someone has it in for our happy couple and sets out to ruin their happiness.. If you've liked the rest there is no reason not to like this one either.
Some cringeful descriptions of soccer games aside - you cant be awarded a penalty kick for a foul after you just scored- its a good yarn and I think brings the mainstream Mercury pack series to a close with all now happily paired off.

Jill Redfield provides her normal excellent narration.
Whats not to like.

Shards of Frost

Eli feels he is never going to find his mate, and although he hangs out at a fight club which is the last place he will find her. Casey has trouble on her heals and Eli wants to help when they find they are mates, surprised by this they find they have more in common than just fighting. Read brilliantly again by Jill Redfield.

Eli the final Mercury member was worth the wait

The final book in The Mercury Pack series was perfect. With everything we love from Suzanne's writing, this book does not let the series down. Her stories continue to be just as much fun, spicy, and suspenseful as the first book I read.

I am both thrilled by the journey and sad that it is over. Eli was the last pack member to find his mate and his story was worth the wait. I could not pick a favorite of the series so don't ask I have loved each one after every read and never hesitate to go back and read again. This paranormal/shifter series is one of my all-time favorites and I enjoy giving them a re-read any chance I get.

I can't get enough of Suzanne's storytelling and I am sure she will continue to wow me with her stories.
.
.
.
Eli Axton has become despondent watching those around him find their mates, even finding out some of his family he doesn't see often have found their mates makes him long to find his own. Trying to let off some steam at the Den he didn't expect to stumble across his mate suddenly.

Casey Frost loves fighting at the Den but tonight she's hating it. After making a deal to save her brother from his dealer, after missing his last payment, she is supposed to throw her fight. Something she has never done and she feels dirty and disappointed in herself for actually agreeing. Casey just can't do it, she knows Ignacio Rodriguez isn't going to like it but hell if she'll compromise herself for that alpha.

After watching the fight in the ring he can tell the shifter fighting is holding back he's just not sure why and after getting the sense that the slimy Ignacio Rodriguez was up to no good he follows the fighter to the car park. When he spots the confrontation between the two he stands back for a bit only stepping in when it seems he needs to chase Ignacio away.

Once Ignacio leaves and Eli finally looks right at Casey and like a punch to the solar plexus, he knows without a shadow of a doubt he's just found his mate. Casey has always watched Eli Axton fight and been fascinated by the way he moves, how ruthless he is and just how hot the man is. She never had any idea that he might have been her mate. One look in his eyes and there are no second guesses. He is hers.

The two instantly claim each other, it doesn't matter they don't know each other, they can't deny the urge to claim each other and they don't want to. Eli can't wait to get to know everything about his mate and he intends to do it while being mated to her.

After their claiming the two start to learn more about each other. Casey's love of soccer and her upcoming tournament is very important to her. Eli won't take that away from her, her determination and ruthlessness are one of the things he already adores about her.

Ignacio is not happy with Eli's interference and he makes it known to Eli and his alpha and brother Nick that Eli needs to step back. Eli won't let Ignacio mess with his mate, it's time he backed off from Casey never to darken her doorstep again. Despite his warning, Eli has no doubt Ignacio isn't done.

Casey is having trouble with an ex-pack member and teammate. Sherryl dated Casey's brother and has always been more enemy than a friend, but since her split with Casey's brother she has become even more bitter and spiteful. She intends to ruin Casey's life in any way possible including on the soccer field and her role within the pack and now with her mate. Casey hopes that she'll back down but knows the chances she will have to deal with her eventually are very real.

It seems the pair are being attacked or tormented from all directions. To top it all off they have to decide who switches packs and work on building their bond and making their mating stronger. No matter what is thrown at them though Casey and Eli are strong.

Together they will take care of the threats, build a bond no one can break, and merge their lives into one.

Happy Listening

lovely to see the P and M characters come to life

I was waiting for Eli's story.... I have to confess it's tamer than the others, its more on a personal level. the punch and angst wasn't quite there like suzanne's previous pack books but enjoyable nonetheless. it had its usual steam and a small amount of guessing involved and I can see Kane may be getting his story one day...well I hope he does.
great to read Ms Wright's stories and Jill Redfield your the bomb. fantastic narration. there are only 2 solo narrator's that I automatically listen to
Jill and Vivienne Leheny...awesome solo narrator's.....
