Arcano-archaeologist Elijah knows that digging into the past can be its own reward - or peril. But his quest to simply get his hands on the map is more dangerous than he expected - even for a shadowrunner. He and his own team of runners - including everything from a goblin rigger to a troll street samurai - follow a murky trail that takes them from the ruins of Chicago to the jungles of Amazonia. Along the way, they discover that they’re not the only ones looking for this map - and that it may lead to a treasure even greater than anyone could have known. Elijah and his crew plan to get both the map and to its riches first - assuming they survive the very dangerous road trip to get there....

Nicely done

Tren Sparks did an amazing job. I'm so glad they finally got some Shadowrun books on Audible. Here's hoping they do some more. Nicely done everyone.

A rollicking good time!

This is a 4 act play of a shadowrun adventure arc. It was really entertaining, I wish audible would do more ShadowRun books. If you like ShadowRun I recommend this. If you like caper books, set in dystopian near future earth where magic has come back along side of the future tech. You should probably be playing ShadowRun...but also reading more of the books.

Give us more Shadowrun!!

Love hearing my favorite RPG system in audiobook form. Narrator did a great job, and the story was everything you'd expect: globetrotting, interesting "runs" in a few locations (Chicago, Amazonia, Antarctica), oddball characters covering the major archetypes. I was even legitimately moved by a death near the end. Give us more!

great book

I really enjoyed the book and the narrative. was intriguing but some of the names were a little Bland. and could have had more climactic ending, but I liked it.

Few sound bugs, great acting and story

Several times when a new soundbite like a chapter head or an aside would begin, the first few seconds would be skipped, leading me to guess how it began.

it is about time we have shadowrun audiobook. dam, now we need more. if you like shadowrun you should read rechal Aaron's minimum-wage magic. I want more shadowrun books.
