A fun, funny book

A self-depricating look at his life growing up, Justin Halpern has written a book that made me chuckle, smirk, and occasionally laugh out loud listening to it. I have known people like his father and that fact made this book all the more enjoyable.

Not for the prudish, it is a great listen and it made me remember that childhood was a traumatic, emotional experience best laughed at than cried about.

Hilarious!

I LOVED this book! Absolutely wonderful. I just couldn't turn it off. I am hoping there will be a "part 2" some day.

Heartwarming and Crass

I loved this most hilarious book. it is vulgar crass and full of swear words so it is definitely not for everyone. On the surface it may seem like vulgar humor but if you listen closely and think about the material there are a lot of great life lessons.

I love Sam!

I loved this book. I was laughing so hard! Sam is so funny but he also truly loves his family.

Sooo much better than the sitcom!

This was a wonderful book. I laughed through almost all of it. Between the amusing rants of "Dad" is a heartfelt testiment to the challenges and joys of parenting. Most listeners will recognize a little bit of their own childhood experiences in the various stories. I highly recommend this audiobook.
