Wow this was pretty good
I wasn't sure what to expect, since it's the first in a new series but I guess I should have known it would be good, given Chaney's track record. As usual, he doesn't disappoint. The narration, writing, and story are all top notch. Great job as usual.

I'm a simple guy. I see Chaney, I buy.
This one delivered exactly what I wanted. A great story ,fun characters, and a superb narration. My only question is when is book 2 coming out? I see it's out on ebook already, so I hope that means the audio is around the corner.
I love how Chaney puts these out so efficiently. It's incredible.

So good
It's been a while since I read a good military book. This one, written by two veterans, shows what happens when you actually put some love and care and experience into the writing. Rev is just a kid when the book starts, but he grows up fast. I'm excited to see where this series goes. Hopefully they put more out soon.

You can't go wrong with a Chaney book
I am a huge fan of Wayward Galaxy and Renegade Star, so when I saw this one, I suspected it would be good.
I was right! The fight scenes are really good and the writing is what I have come to expect. Easy to read and satisfying. Great job as always. I will be eagerly waiting for book 2.

Will appeal to vets and anyone who appreciates a good marine scifi story. Loved the creativity with the aliens and the premise. The narration was great, too. I hope this is a long series because I'd love to see the universe explored in depth as it goes.

It’s like Starship Troopers meets the Dirty Dozen
Chaney has a proven track record of collaborating with authors on good stories and Brazee is no exception. Sentenced to War pulls in familiar elements from some favorite Sci fi stories but adds a few new twists. It doesn’t drone on with endless world building or over explain things the reader doesn’t need to know. I enjoyed the audio book and look forward to the next one.
