second edition was just as good as the first!

I used to work for one of the firms mentioned in this book. we were acquired through merger and acquisition by another company that met some of the same close purpose statements and that's why we were a good fit. serve don't sell. when you find more purpose you will be more impactful. in the long run your customers will appreciate that.
