Guide to betterment!

This audio book is wholesome and consists of tips, ideas and experiences which literally no one will tell us. The author's main goal in the book has been to share strategies to overcome our stress and male our life easier, healthier and happier. I love how author has explained each and everything with practical examples. I feel so great that their's a care, love and empathy behind this book as it highlights the different aspects that can lead to disturbed mental health . The author makes sure that whoever is listening feel worthy at the end and that have an aim for their life. Very Therapeutic, a great read!

A true value pack

A great approach to relieve stress And anxiety, and manifest a better life. The set comes with two awesome books that cover everything from how mindfulness and meditation can relieve stress, how to eliminate fear of failure and fear or rejection, some immediate actions to reduce stress and declutter your mind. And so much more. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to take their life back and be more in control or their emotions and their mind.

Extremely Helpful

I needed this information so badly. I have had an extreme amount of stress and anxiety that is out of my control lately and it has weighed me down to an unhealthy level. Tammy really helped me to understand fear as an emotion and how to release that and harness the thing I can change and control. Manifestation is so much bigger and more complex than I ever gave it credit for and Tammy did a great job of helping me to get that!

Great for Self Reflection

Like many, I lead an incredibly busy life. And there's usually not much time for self-reflection or self anything. This book made me pause and reflect on why I need to take this time and what specific changes I need to make. This is really difficult with a family and with kids. But if you're not "filled" or replenished, your family gets your leftovers, and you get nothing. So, this comprehensive book really helped me pause and consider some fantastic tools that I need to employ to get me on the path to less stress and a better lifestyle so I can give more to my family.

Being Mindful Of Your Mental Health

This is a 2-in-1 book to help you achieve self-mastery and to develop better emotional intelligence. This might sound like a tall order but it is possible with the right message. This book certainly provides the right message. I gave this book to my partner who has suffered from feelings of “not being good enough” and has always had a fear of progress. This book has helped change her view of fear. She now realises the damage that fear does in constricting your progress in life.

There is a lot of information in this well-produced 2-in-1 book. The second book is about positive thinking and using the Law of Attraction to attract the things you want in life. Both books are excellent and very well narrated. 5 Stars. An Excellent book.

Great alternative to victim consciousness

This book finally tells the truth about the law of attraction. It is not as simple as your wish is the universe’s command. If you don’t realize how your mind and universal laws interact, it can result in disastrous consequences. By updating an old classic, this book offers a practical step by step approach to improving those interactions. It helps reinforce my awareness of the power of my own thoughts.

let's improve mental health

in this INCREDIBLE book you'll discover Immediate action to reduce stress and anxiety, and how to change thinking to improve your quality of life.

I used to listen this book by enjoying tea in the evening and sitting alone in the garden of my house. this book was like meditation and motivation for me to improve my mental health. Highly recommended!!
