Obvious to the point of genius

This book will make you want to throw out every fitness magazine, DVD, and/or eBook you have read to date. We all know there are no secrets or magic pill to getting fit. This book states it in a way that cuts out the noise and makes you want to get off your ass and get to work.

Positive, good entertaining tips. Intermediate.

A few good tips/hacks. I like fact book focused on solid fundamentals. Basic to intermediate level. No BS approach. Lacks depth for intermediate to advance dolks., but still enjoyable!

We need more books like this !

I love real life, simple, and effective advice from people who are getting the results I'm looking for. Too many books are full of fluff and lack practical advice. Not this one. Thanks.

Insights from a Great Trainer

As a Personal Trainer myself, I can say that everything he talks about is true of the things we see, hear, and tackle each day with clients. The population is misled and it takes a trained professional with the correct intentions, such as this author, to help people realize the facts. He separates the common tactics used by money-driven businesses and individuals from the wholesome-yet-simplified information that the common person needs to understand to actually get where they want to go independently. This is a book written out of passion and care. These are the topics that I have always taught my clients purely out of my desire to end the learned helplessness of those who want to look good but can't seem to get there. A great read for anybody to realize how simple wellness really is - from novice to experienced gym-goer.
