    Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

    This has wonderful information but with the .pdf file missing it makes for far to much note taking.

    "Good book... but where is the .pdf?"
    Any additional comments?

    I would love to have diagrams and checklists to follow. The book makes some strong arguments and I enjoyed all the references to other pieces of work from various authors, Drs and researchers.

    "Summarisers everything from podcasts and blogs"

    If you want a summary of information about the keto diet and how to implement it then this is a good book

    Nothing new is said or covered in my opinion if you follow podcasts and blogs on this topic

    But I still enjoyed it

    "Stellar Textbook on Utilizing Fat for Fuel"

    Though this is fairly heavy in the science of utilizing fat for fuel, it is quite accessible to a layman like me. Dr Mercola lays out a simple motivational plan for utilizing food for fuel and medicine. His research is both easy to understand and quite informative. I heard many of These concepts for the first time. I highly recommend this book to those exploring health through eating.

    "Great listen by all means."
    What made the experience of listening to Fat for Fuel the most enjoyable?

    I like how it goes into detail on many of the popular diets and the pros and cons to them all.


    What did you like best about this story?

    How the different fats affect your body and how to implement his MMT (Mitochondrial Metabolic Therapy).


    What about John Glouchevitch’s performance did you like?

    He was very clear and easy to understand.

    I been looking into the ketogenic Diet and was recommended this book. it was confusing because he refers to the ketogenic Diet and was like mentioning MMT. As if it was something totally different. The research mentioned wasn't original either. It was a good read, if just to reinforce and support what I already read.
