WOW just WOW

YOU WILL FEEL ALL EMOTIONS IN THIS ONE !!!Definitely wished this story would've been less dark like the others in the series and maybe a lil sad for scars past. but as I knew it won't be something bout scars story I just knew it would be a devastating one 💔 ooh how I cried for Irena I cried for Paolo (scar) and for some reason this was a dark one compared to the others which is so unfair especially for scar and for all that Irena does for other and her character sUCH sweetheart then the other wifes. these 2 are perfect for each other healing. THIS THE DARKEST OF ALL BUT THE BEST ONE OF THE SERIES.

No Regrets...

This series has pushed me to my limits and emotions...however Scarred Regrets is the absolute HARDEST story I have ever listened to. Amazing story but gut wrenching at the same time. Scar and Irina have definitely scarred my soul with their story.

 I have enjoyed this whole series, and I waiting to hear scar story knowing his childhood was very traumatic. This is nowhere near the darkest story I’ve ever read, but it definitely did bring me to tears when it explained scar’s history, and what happened to Irina. I love the way that scar took care of her and helped her gain back confidence in herself. He showed her how to fight and protect herself so that she could never feel weak again. They both helped each other to overcome their past while having something to fight and live for .

What an intricate story line!!

Despite what I know will be terrible triggers due to the topics that are touched upon, the book was great. I would have listened straight through the entire thing if I could have tolerated the female vocals. They aren’t bad, just spoken like she was reading… The characters were well developed and the steamy scenes were intense and made you almost feel guilty for liking them. Over all, just get it if you can handle sexual triggers and trauma.

Raw but true love

Loved the rawness of the story got
A bit frustrating with the length of the cannot be with her story but it made it through. As a side. It’s every chapter doesn’t have to include a sex scene.

Betrayal

This book had me crying most of reading. The suffering had to build to the end. You definitely need a book of tissues and be able to deal with the reality of the world

scar and butterfly

this is by far one of the darkest storyline that I have really read the author did not disappoint with the storytelling the narrator they did a awesome job with bringing a story to life again I cannot wait for the next story to continue I need that like ASAP so happy that I own it because I definitely will be revisiting this series again

Great book, terrible narration.

I love this series, and this book was amazing. But I found the narrations to be lacking. Nothing ruins the mood more when a male narrator moans in his best girl voice. Ugh. As far as the female voice goes, have you ever seen Schitt's Creek? This female narrator gives huge Moira vibes. Definitely not a fan. I probably would have skipped the Audible version had I listened to the sample.

SPECTACULAR!!!!

This series is so much more than a romance. The stories for all 5 books are filled with so much depth and action. The story really had me at the edge of my seat with nervous anticipation of what's to come. Book 5 was the hardest for me because of the extreme and graphic content, which just made the storyline all the better. I was waiting for Scar to finally find his love as you could clearly see that he was sad and tormented throughout the previous books. I love the strong family bonds and ties of all the characters as their relationships blossom and forge together. This series is yet another well written series by Adelaide Forrest who has fast become one of my favorite authors.

Holy crap, this book was intense! very well written. I loved the rawness of the thoughts and feeling behind the suicidal ideation and the fact that she didn't just bounce back immediately from the attempt as other books I have read. I'll be sharing this book with my co-workers 💕
