Arduous, complicated gift of love.

Ryan narrated the story beautifully, he sowed the emotion throughout, I believe a new favorite I will look for.

The story was unusual in that we come into Savage and Seychelle's relationship late after they have been together for months, have already broken up but are back together. This was difficult for me as they referenced things that had no depth or were never explained.

If you have read the previous books you know Savage is a sadist, I think Christine was able to tell his story realistically but I felt for Seychelle her love and courage came through as well as her strength of will to stand up for herself.

This was a heart-rending story I read in one sitting, all of Torpedo Ink played a part so I was glad to see them but upset on Seychelles behalf. I love the Torpedo Ink books but this has been the toughest read so far.

I wanted to strangle the heroine. she seemed selfish and me me me. savage had a lot on his plate and made so hard for him. it was a very good story. characters were well thought out and passionate. it really dragged me down. but that's what authors do.

One of her Best!

This is the second part Of Savages story and man she really did a great job on this. It deals with some hard subject matter but she did it artfully!

Awesome book and great narration!! Kept me transfixed for hours as I listened. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Savage's story

I loved listening to Savage's story. I love this series very much. However i have to admit that sections of the love scenes where a little too intense for my taste. I thoughly enjoyed the base story, just kinda skip over the parts i'm a bit uncomfortable with.
