We only lived in peace for a month before the Culebra cartel sent us a message: they wanted revenge for what we did to Roque. We killed him, and in doing so, we thought the cartel would fall. Starla and Ivar

Savage is book 10 in this series and is Starla and Ivar's story. This book is intense and dark from the very start. Starla is picked up by Ivar after running away from home. She becomes part of the club but yearns for more. Ivar had wanted her from the start. These two build an unbreakable bond and after years give it a go. I think of all the books this one hit the hardest. Definitely a tear jerker. Several MC issues get resolved and it gives an end to this series. Definitely a 4.5 star book full of heat, danger and more MC drama.

Luckily, Ivar found Starla while she was on the side of the road, running from an abusive home. But their relationship doesn't really start until six years later, he keeps his distance but has always had his eyes on her. A very fast paced, suspenseful, action packed, series ending book.

Though not the end of the of Raiders of Valhalla MC because we will have the 2nd generation's stories.

A dark, emotional, passionate and heartwarming ride to go on with Ivar and Starla. I enjoyed every single moment of this story.

What I liked- I love a good Friends to Lovers story. There were some real moments, like when Star was dealing with her guilt and shock, Ivan’s sadness about his mother. The scenes where they were prepping the new bar were very good, and were expertly timed to either assist exposition or to give heavier plot elements a break. The pacing of this book was excellent. It moved quickly without rushing.
What I didn’t- I’m frustrated that yet again there is an overall plot cliffhanger. And, not gonna lie, the triggers were very hard to read through. This is my second attempt at this audiobook. I also thought the narration was poor and not up to par with the story.

Great book

Love Savage. Starla and Ivar have danced around each other ever since he found her. She’s had a rough life until she met him.I loved seeing these two work through everything . Great book! Probably one of my favorites in the series
