Beautiful start

I listened to a Royal Bastard series by a different author and fell in love with the club. I was skeptical about a different author. I can say that I’ve been proven wrong. I can’t wait for the next book.

Fantastic Book

Another excellent story by author Daphne Loveling. I love her characters, plots and twists. Troy Duran has the sexiest male voice of them all. I’ve enjoyed and would highly recommend her series. Hot, witty and wild.

Good Story but

It was going good until chapter 23. I have to agree with another reviewer, the MFC lost the plot in trusting her brother again after he sent someone to hurt her. He “sells” her to the cartel they work with. Then in the end, she still considers trying to reconcile with him after he gets out of prison. Is she f’ing crazy?! He sent her to be raped and killed and she wants to give him another chance? She’s supposed to be smart but she isn’t.

Chapter 22

Lost it at chapter 22. Surely you can come up with another way to make the plot progress without making the MFC a complete idiot. DNF from the second she insisted on going back to apartment alone when people are literally threatening her life. Read comments and see she it only gets worse from there so glad I stopped.
