For sisters Robyn and Wren, nothing will ever be the same. The cities are burning; the world is in chaos. The dead are rising...and they're hungry. Safety? Security? These words are meaningless now. They fight, they hide, they run. No rest. No respite. All they can cling to is hope. Hope they can find others. Hope they can learn the skills needed to survive. Hope they can stay together. Their situation seems desperate, and the only thing they can depend on is each other. But is that enough?

Publisher's Summary
Fast paced, action-filled, character-driven story of the fight for survival against overwhelming odds.
From the multi-award-winning author Christopher Artinian comes the third part of the post-apocalyptic zombie series: Safe Haven.
Civilization has crumbled in a matter of months. Now, fast-moving zombies and merciless raiders wreak havoc over the post-apocalyptic wasteland. Nowhere is safe. Death and terror lurk in shadow and daylight. The weak will fall, and only the strongest will survive.
Mike Fletcher and his family have battled through this dystopian wilderness to try and find sanctuary in the northwest region of Scotland. They thought they had succeeded. But now, a new horror has found them. When the odds are insurmountable...when the fear is uncontrollable...when the pain of loss is unbearable, there are just two choices: fall to your knees or stand taller than you ever have before.
This war will decide the future. This war will decide everything.

Best in series so far....
A few of my favorite things, Christopher Artinian books, Zombies (Rams), and narration by Kim Bretton. The story continued to get even better. Characters are so well written you’ll wish you were related to some of them.... The entire world Artinian has created within the book series (as in there’s more than one series in this world) are all amazing. Can’t wait for the next one! very happy with the story as it ties up quiet few ends and leaves the group in a safe and happy place. no spoilers but sad to lose a one person in particular but not from the rams. I particularly liked how the author wrote Fry's decent into madness, really liked that bit, opps that was a spoiler. I liked the ending, I liked the naming of Safe Haven

Of Rats and Men (shudder!)
"Sisters are doing it for themselves" I had this song playing in my head as I read about Emma & Lucy's adventure. Emma finds a bit of Mike's fighting spirit and manages to remove that stick from her @rs% and discover a spear! I laughed my head off at Mike & Shaws male bonding, and was totally horrified at Fry's depravity! Please keep them coming Christopher Artinian you are a genius!

Reap of the Righteous
Wow the incredible mind of Christopher Artinian is an amazing thing. I have come to realise with his Sae Haven books are not only addictive but in places could be true , I’m referring to the degeneration of humans and what we would do for family. Mike is a hero and fights for his family against tyrants and Rams. I absolutely love this series and hope he has many many more to come.

Fantastic Third Book In The Series
This is the third in the series of the fantastic Safe Haven series. The action notches up to a new level and we see our group of survivors battle against all odds to protect their loved ones. As with the first two books the action kicks in from page one and continues at fast and exciting pace until the end. I really like this group of people and have really enjoyed getting to know them over the first three books, I can't wait to join them in their next adventures in book four. This is really a must for all post apocalyptic zombie survival fans and I do not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. I received this book in exchange for an honest and objective review, it was a pleasure to do so.

Type two
I think there are two types of Zombie/Apocalypse books. One is that after the first page or even chapter or two you still wonder what on earth is happening or if you miss a day or two you can't remember what the story is about. You realise the earth is not going to end if you don't read any more or finish it. This is not that type. This is the second type that you can't put down and feel like it actually is the end of the world because you did finish it and you are missing the characters already. Whether you read or listen to this series, you will find yourself carrying your audio device or kindle around so you can listen to or read it whatever you are doing. That is, if you can actually do anything else at all!

We All Need A Mike In the zombie apocalypse
Fry is absolutely insane but you can’t do all that stuff and not be a little insane. There’s a little more info about the raiders in this book. It even has you breathing a sigh of relief by the end of the book. But surely that’s not the end of it. No, it’s not. I have to say, with all the old time weapons used in this it just goes to show that it would absolutely be possible to defend yourself and an area if you don’t have guns. I really loved this book. Everything that happened - it’s all fast paced but it’s not if that makes sense. Not once listening to it did i think have I missed something. I love the narrator Kim Bretton and I am now a firm fan of Christopher Artinian. And the fact that it’s in the same world as the end of everything is great. I’m off to download the next book but you know what you should do don’t you? That’s right get this one and start listening!
