Big girls don't cry--they go after what they want--in this "fresh, fun, adorable" (Lori Wilde) romantic comedy.

Thanks to her bangin' curves, Valerie Carmichael has always turned heads -- with the exception of seriously sexy Logan Mathis. Just Valerie's luck that the object of her lust-filled affection is also best friends with her overprotective brother. But Valerie's determined to get Logan's attention . . . even if it means telling a teeny little lie to get a job at his new bar.

Logan can't remember a time when Valerie didn't secretly fuel all his hottest fantasies. Now the curvaceous she-devil is working behind his bar, tempting him every damn night. It's only when he finds Valerie's naughty things-to-do list that Logan decides to break every rule in the book -- by making each red-hot deed a reality.

No one warned them that they were going to fall this hard. And no one warned them that sometimes the smallest secrets can have the biggest consequences.

Not a whole lot to say about this one. I was bored pretty much all throughout, and the audio didn't help. There was nothing wrong with the narration, in fact she was quite good, but the southern accents everyone had just seemed to annoy me more. Part of my disinterest with the story could be that I don't seem to be into this tame of a book anymore, which is no fault of the book.

I was bored, but good narration

I really enjoyed this book. I have read other books by her as well and enjoy the comedy and the upbeatness of the book. The only thing that bothered me about the book was all the swearing. And the GD and the JC, I don't need to hear that. An occasional D or S is okay, but not all the time. I will say, that may be that the first book had the swearing in it, but it was easier to skip over it because I was reading it rather than hearing it.

Good Story

The book was ok, but the narration was bad. she made the characters sound 12.

Narrator wasn't good

This book made me laugh out loud and made my heart smile. Violet made Alisons characters come to life.

Tickles my heart.

The book itself is a cheesy horndog book as expected. I don’t love that everyone gaslit Logan into forgiving Valerie. What she did was awful. And all she did was say sorry I didn’t mean to destroy your whole life. And he was like yeah it’s fine. Also they never really concluded the Paul storyline. It was overall fine.

It’s fine
