An interesting and fun mystery / thriller. The immediate and personal style was delightful and makes the story feel as though it's a major motion picture for the mind.

Great story!💜
I really enjoyed this mystery suspense story! I loved the banter between the detective and the reporter. This book has plenty of suspense, suspects & intrigue. I was especially entertained by the fact that like the author, I too was born and raised in the Bay Area and still reside there. This book was set in my neighborhood and it was so much fun recognizing all the area references.
The narration was fantastic. Liam DiCosimo performed these characters very well, although his female voice isn’t my favorite.
This is book 1 with an HEA and can be read as a standalone.
I recommend this book.

Entertaining But Little Substance
Way too many repetitive statements like"no choice" .
Narrator had young voice that was okay with male voices, but irritatingly poor at female voices. Story was entertaining but predictable.
