I wish more audiobooks incorporated songs.

Very engaging Wild West fantasy. Wonderfully dark, but still a little goofy. I especially enjoyed the singing. I wish more audiobooks would incorporate music into the telling.

Fantastic wild West supernatural yarn!! it all comes together so well!!! Highly recommend this one!

Awesome adventure story

This is a great supernatural wild west story. Felt like a cowboy story with cool references to old legends but overall original. Couldn’t recommend it higher. Can’t wait till march for the next story in the series. Narrator does an awesome job!

Great story

I really loved the story. I liked how it was set in the old west. I never knew cowboys to fight ghouls, demons n witches. It was something new. It was like two different genres meeting for a coffee and realizing they could become great friends.

Characters

I absolutely loved all the characters and their portrayals. Tom Goggins was my favorite character. The most fun I’ve had reading a book in a long time.

Not bad but very predictable

You can’t go wrong with folk horror in a western setting. The characters were okay nothing special and the plot was simple and To the point. This was more of a comfort read... Worth the credit if you want a easy horror read.

Straight forward

Reminiscent of “Between two fires”; group of ragtag come together and head towards a destination. Not bad. Falls into the weird western category.

A standout from beginning to end.

Producers scanning these reviews, this book alone has 2 seasons of solid material. I know I’m not the only one who would watch this series.

Great performance

Engaging and well performed. The story was immersive with subtle horror throughout. Characters were interesting and the story was fast paced.
