Rebuilding Beautiful, Indeed!
Kayla, your story has touched my heart! Having lived through 3 long-term episodes of major clinical depression, the almost breakup of my 28+ years marriage, and all the craziness that inherently comes with such trauma, your words and thoughts are so welcomed! Rebuilding life after trauma is hard work, the hardest part being not knowing how to see past the cemetery stage! The ideas you’ve shared in this book are specific enough to implement right away! Thank you for sharing your story with us, and thank you for being so candid about your hardships and how you’ve dealt with them.
