I loved every minute!

As a Realtor in nearby Sonoma/Napa Wine Country, I cannot possibly explain how much I enjoyed this book. Tracy did a fantastic job of describing the complexity of transacting real estate and the value a great agent provides. I will be adding her tips to my listing presentation and reading this again and again! The only thing I wish were different was the narrator. It would be awesome if she would narrate it herself one day! Thanks Tracy!

little practical advise

Sounds like the author is giving herself a pat on the back for selling multi-million dollar homes the entire book; that and overly defending the need for the real estate agent in her industry. very little practice advise for buying/selling homes aside from references to websites to view the latest trends.

The narrator is terrible and the author clearly doesn't understand the difference between an asset and a liability.
