So practical and insightful!

This is a great book! Wish I read this book when I was 17. This book is so informative and full of helpful tips. This is a practical approach to house flipping to make a profit. The author breaks down the complicated process into steps that are easy to follow. This is a great book for anyone who is just starting out with real estate investment, get this book to know how to do it without losing money!

Will offer this book to my kiddo

This book is good for all young people trying to build a solid business. I can appreciate the research that went into these topics, and will be sharing with my kids once they’re a bit older.

Ever wanted to flip houses?

While I think the title is a little misleading, the content of the book is solid! I mean - what 17 year old will qualify for a mortgage/loan from the bank? But truly the power that is found in these pages comes from the practicable advice and tips on finding the right property to buy, getting the right financing deal and the best place to spend your improvement budget! I'm not a new-comer to flipping houses by any means, but I always like to read these types of books to brush up on my basics. I find that listening/reading from the view-points of different authors gives me a newfound perspective and drive to do the "rinse and repeat". Glad I purchased this book. I highly recommend it!

Solid advice for real estate investing.

Not knowing too much about house flipping, I found that this resource covered most of the essential topics one needs to address when purchasing and flipping real estate. Chapter 6 was my favorite. It dealt with 20 common house flipping mistakes and how to avoid them. For me, preserving my capital is paramount and this audiobook keeps you out of serious financial trouble. I also liked the fact that the guide shared a number of cost-effective renovation tips that won’t break the bank.

Bought this as I'm looking to get into House Flipping, and even though I'm not 17 years old, I'm definitely new to the hobby. This audiobook truly covers all the basis you want to consider when getting into house flipping, and provides sound methods for doing so without breaking the bank.

While I'm not a seasoned house flipper yet, many of the techniques spoken of in this audiobook I intend to put to full use. Talking with other colleagues in real estate, its clear that the techniques referenced in this title are used effectively in the the real world.

This book shows you everything that you need to know to get started flipping houses and making a lot of money either as a side business or as a full-time job. You'll learn some secret knowledge from Louis in this book about all the things you need to know about getting into this line of work. I enjoyed listening to this audiobook. This audio is very useful for any one that's trying to flip houses or even wants to earn income in real-estate. I also liked the tools and strategies on buying, selling and flipping any property for income. This audiobook even includes a pdf document of the book which made it easier to read and follow along while listening to the audiobook. This is a book to listen to (especially for a 17 year old).
