Well written and enjoyable

Real Estate Investing with No Money Down: This book is a great book. I found myself taking a highlighter to nearly every bit of ink on the pages. A problem I find with many real estate investing books is that they are too vague and conceptional to be practical. But author lays out his brilliant ideas with actionable solutions. Author turns every stone over in his book, from large idea concepts like down markets to little tips like the best apps to have on your smartphone. Recommended.

Amazing Framework for Real Estate

This is the real estate book you are looking for.It really gives you a good overview of what you need to know at every stage of the process buying and leasing rental properties. It also gives a good overview of the different strategies different investors use.The author does an excellent job in structurally and practically explaining the major rehab projects of a home for anyone to understand. Excellent book,chock full of information.

Great book and great advice

This is one of the few real estate investing books where the author attempts to lay it all out for the reader, and I think he does so nicely. There are many points in this book I wish I had considered before buying my rental property two months ago. Fortunately, I read this book before making an offer on another home this month, so I've learned something worth applying. I even went back and bought the kindle edition of this book to for further study and highlighting.
