A great listen, the characters pov really ties in

I really enjoyed this audiobook, it's something different than what I normally pick.. But I'm glad I did! It had a good story, about the two different lives, but instantly enjoying each other, then growing to care for each other! A fast read/listen.. Pace is good, some slow parts, but it also helps with the passage of time. Modern, with realistic actions in terms of relationships and how confusing and difficult they can be. 5/5 would recommend

I first fell in love with the story when it released to Kindle. I love the way the narrators bring it to life. I think there's something especially magical and hopeful about real life romance, and NN Britt has a talent for creating characters and circumstances that feel very true to life.

Sweet & Salty Rock n Roll Romance ❤️

There are some hard topics covered in this book about two broken (in diff ways) a rock n roll sex god and a woman whose lived thru hell at age 26.
The story is good, it’s diff than most in this genre but has all the good stuff you want!!! There are some very low times, sexy times. This is a book that while sizzles, is deeper than most in genre.

Loved every minute.

I can’t believe this is NN Britt’s debut novel because it was flawless to me. It was quality writing and quality romance. The author created protagonists I sympathised with and cared for; and she weaved a complicated relationship to entangle them. The author handled this relationship sensitively and beautifully. Sigh.

I was not even a quarter of the way through this book when I knew NN Britt was an author I wanted to binge on. But doh! She’s new! Only one book on Audible & one more on Kindle. Sigh. I might have to wait a long time to listen to another.

And I want to listen to these books. A search for Anastasia Watley led me to this novel, and so in addition to hearing Ms Watley’s excellent-as-usual narration, I discovered Troy Duran’s narration. I was entranced by his portrayal of the hero. What a talent.

I highly recommend this novel to lovers of romance, especially for lovers of Rockstar romances. Although this is a long novel of over 13 hours, I was riveted the whole time; not a dull moment. I look forward to more.

UGH!!!

I understand loss, truly I do, and I get we all grieve differently but at some point life must go on. After saying this I have to admit the female lead in this book disappoints me. I went from sympathizing and understanding to frustrated to angry and embarrassed and finally just to "GET OVER YOURSELF" already. Justice has the patience of a saint. At this point the female lead has no redeeming qualities in my opinion and I only have four hours left of this book. It would have been nice to see a stronger female lead, not one that cracks and crumbles at the drop of a pin...literally. I mean how many times can you listen to a woman lock herself in the bathroom to cry. Like I said UGH!
Love Troy Duran, as usual he gave a stellar performance, unsure how I feel about A. Watley after a time her voice just falls flat and I skip her chapters.

Keeps pulling you in

It took a little to get going but once it did I could not quit listening great connection with the characters heartfelt with their struggles and each other! Romance and rockstar wonderful!!! Great read! You will not be disappointed.

Hope to see more Audio books from this Author. The narration brought life to the book.

As I lost my only son, I suffer daily with what the heroine in book spoke about in her head. Things you cannot say out loud. Plus, the crying. No pill, alcohol, nothing takes away the pain except love. God has helped me tremendously, in ways only He can. We have to trust God. In this book, she found what she needed to live again, amazing ending. Perfect.
