Meh on the narrator, LOVE the story

As far as the narrator goes she was fine with the females; the males sounded like whiney Lollipop Kids not “bulls”.

The story was just fun. I don’t typically do any form of “beast” and human story because logistics. This I could imagine and surprisingly enjoyed doing so. I love how different these worlds are and would love to hear stories continued for Jade and 90 something year old dude (can’t spell his name). I was devastated when #3 died and was hoping for some kind of “surprise b!tches!!!!!” moment.

I saw this was released in 2019 and nothing since for them. Isabel, please write more!

A delightful light listening experience

The story flows nicely, not too spicy but a little here and there. The surprise twist at the end..... mwah chef's kiss!!!

The plot and advancement of the story is beautiful

The plot, the characters, the story line. Everything about this book is amazing. I downloaded it as a free audiobook and wasn't expecting to absolutely love it so much!!! Definitely the best book I've listened to in a very long time.

awesome story, narrator is lacking

the narration of the male voices leaves much to be desired. she sounds like an old crone or whispering snake. It's pretty bad. the story carries it though, despite the cringe every time a male had to speak, I loved the story and the narrator did well with the rest of it. Overall I'm glad I listened.

More!

I loved this book! I wish there were more audible options for the other series and desperately want this made into a series. Please tell me the Justice's will all have books. I really want to know Jade's story. I'd also like to see an alliance with the Duggans, and plenty more humor like the name game that was played through the maze of cups. That had me laughing regularly throughout.
Thank you for taking the time to write something so enjoyable. It is a treat that I have enjoyed more than twice since purchasing. Now... GIMME MORE!!!! **uses gimme hands like 2 year old demanding cookies**

My only issue is with the narrator, when she is narrating the males she sounds like an old lady with a smoking problem.

Great story and narrator. The only bad, in my opinion, was I need more of the storyline! Isabel Wroth don’t leave us hanging like this. More of the storyline PLEASE!

Unespected loved this!!

I had never heard of this author before but the story sounded interesting and I thought what the heck, let me try it. It ended up being very entertaining and a gripping story. There are some details that I feel were left out and I was a bit confused at times, but for the most part it's an amazing story with lots of adventure, tons of humor, and lots of romance. You can't help but fall in love with the love story between Dega and Jalia. I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves fantasy romance novels.

I loved this book. It was the perfect mix of sci-fi alien worlds, fantastical creatures and, royal court society. I highly recommend. :)

Unexpectedly long and beautiful

I really enjoyed this book. It was well thought out with a depth of character in story most books are missing. Definitely a book to reread at a later date.
