A typical self-help type book

I bought this book initially excited I would get something different from this genre. But in the end it was the same ol' fluff which the book promised it wasn't. It is a solid 3. If you already read hundreds of leadership books you will learn nothing new. If you just want a quick book just for the sake of reading a book sure go ahead and read it. But no new concepts were given.

Practical Wisdom

This book is by someone who has herself faced certain challenges and had overcame them by using certain strategies that worked. In this way this is an authentic book. Then it is in author's own voice. I felt ring of truth in her words. The strategies suggested by her does not seem too hard or too complicated to implement. One however need to Put Work In to make these strategies work.
