This book is useful and, if used, may quickly improve one's life.

I enjoy the book since it doesn't instantly inflate your confidence before deflating it later. It is related to how we live naturally. It's not a boost to your confidence on steroids. It doesn't negate our inherent human character in terms of some of our interactions with daily life.

Thought-provoking!!

The book broadened my viewpoint and helped me approach problems and people with a more upbeat attitude. I regret not reading this book before I started coaching. So let's go forth and upward.
