Powerful Resource!

As a female in a corporate leadership role, I found this book accurate, insightful, and empowering. Many leadership books are a bit stale and reiterate the same concepts over and over, but not this book! The author delves into the unique circumstances and obstacles women face in the corporate world and how women can position themselves for advancement, increased compensation, and equality.

Because it is both very informative and exciting, this book should be read by all professional women who are in leadership roles as well as all women who are aspiring to have careers. This book has provided me with a wealth of information, much of which will be useful to me in my day-to-day professional life. We are grateful that you took the risk of writing this book!

Because of this book, I now have the self-assurance to move on to the next stage. Aspiring leaders should read it because it contains a wealth of helpful advice and concrete examples of how they can achieve their goals. Insight to leadership

What an easy to read book. It is endowed with knowledge for anyone who intends to grow and be a leader should use the tools in this book in order to realize that career. Female leadership is always not welcome by other women. This book is providing us with the tools to lead as women and not be fearful.

I purchased this audiobook for my wife but we both listen to it. It is very well written and has a lot of useful information. For any woman looking to accelerate her career, this audiobook is right for you. I highly recommend it.

This book is very informative and exciting, and all professional women in leadership roles and aspiring career women should read this book. In fact, every female should read this book!!! Finally, there is an author who is emboldened to write on this topic. The author is correct when she discussed that women today are more educated than men. I found the chapter on common mistakes female leaders make very interesting and practical.
I have learned a lot from this book which I will be able to apply in my everyday work life. Thank you for being bold to write this book!!
