Pure Joy is just that! Pure Joy!

I adopted my first rescue dog! He is amazing and since then I only ever want to read about dogs! I have a black and white chihuahua mix! We are not world travelers but I too hand fed my puppy to entice him to eat! I love to read stories about how much people love their dogs! I love mine so much as well! He rescued me the day I rescued him! I love my Christmas Kringle Little Buddy the Elf (that is his name) I thank God for him everyday!

“Just Wonderful”

This was a wonderful story. She tells us a lot about her life, her love for her children and dog’s. I literally sat with a smile on my face lol 90% of the book. I enjoyed this book very much and it is hard for me to get invested into you a book. For me this was just wonderful! If you have ever truly loved a dog, I recommend this book 100%.

Wonderfully happy story as i,too, am a dog person. I believe in adopting a shelter dog. I've had six and number seven is now 16 years old. she is old age deaf, has heart issues and slowly going blind. she rules the house.

I found Danielle Steel's Pure Joy: The Dogs We Love to be a sweet, informative, and fun little story. The author talks about everything from how she acquired her pups, some helpful tips on training, with lots of information about the particular breeds she favors.

The anecdotes are interesting, and the narrator, Renée Raudman, does a fine job with it.
