A great book

A wonderful book that I found to be developmental and maturative for a young man coming of age such as myself. I found the textbook to be wonderfully factual and I found great relation with the material. I further highly recommend this book.

Quite interesting introduction

Quite interesting overview, worth listening to if you have an interest in psychology. There are quite a lot of references for further reading/listening and a nice selection of psychology tv shows/movies to watch
