this book has provided me with the basics of psychology that i strove to know.

I love this book!
I sleep and wake up listening to it
I get to study and recall everything I learned in college that will help me in the Board Exam.
Hopefully this will help me pass its very specific.
I wish tho that there were parts of the brain chapter and neurotransmitters since I'm not so good at that but anyway this book is great for psych students.

Definitely will tickle your brain. This book really digs into the human mind and breaks everything down into the smallest terms in an understandable and relatable format.

I love the details that were given in this book. It really broke down the differences between similar disorders. I would recommend this book to anyone who has an interest in learning how the mind works and the different styles associated in everyday learning.

A really good review of the main topics of psychology, dealing mostly peso by person but at times going over he main theories of a singe topic.
