This is an excellent book!!

This book is great!! it is full of information that would help anyone who is going through emotional or mental issues but they can't figure out what is going on. It helps you understand some things you probably didn't know why they were happening to you. The details of this book are helpful in case that you, a family member or friend are facing mental issues but it also gives you tips in order to prevent them. Gorgeous information. Good narration!! In other words, I highly recommend this book!

there are labels for everything out there. everyday new labels emerge and confuse us all. if you enderstand all the jargon out there then it isn't hard to realize that everyone has corks. use this knowledge as you will. but it is here for you to decide.

Holistic Help for me after 50 years!!

I have been living with BPD for over 50 years. This book was able to shed light on not only the symptoms but more importantly the treatment. Not only medical options but holistic ones as well. I strongly recommend this tremendous book to anyone that is diagnosed with BPD or feeling lost and alone. This book had so much great information about BPD! I have spent the last several years looking for additional information about this diagnosis and this book was like one-stop shopping for everything I have been looking for. Everything from what truly causes BPD to the prominence of BPD in society today was fully explained and covered within this book. Much awaited clarity on the matter of BPD

I've been hearing about Borderline Personality Disorder for years, having lived with both diagnosed and then undiagnosed individuals. I've found it to be so challenging for the person suffering from this disorder and everyone around, especially loved ones. This listen shed some light on BPD, and what I was happy to hear are the treatments or ways in which this disorder can stop consuming every aspect of people's lives. Such an interesting listen that I would most definitely recommend to anyone affected by BPD, both near and far.
