Nobody said that growing up would be easy! After the brutal attack on Anthony, his friends gather around him protectively, but he’s more interested in exploring his newly discovered self. Cameron struggles with anger and a broken home, finding an unexpected ally in Diego… and an unwilling rival in Omar. Keisha feels the strain of dating the enemy, Mindy is determined to land her first boyfriend, and Ricky wants more romance from his man. All is fair in love and war, but can you truly have one without the other?
Chaos and drama ensue for the LGBT students of Pride High as junior year culminates in a high-stakes standoff that will change their lives forever.

The series is written like a really well done coming of age teen TV Show with multiple seasons, characters, and interwoven storylines. It has drama, but never gets to melodramatic or unrealistic. As a 90s kid myself, the nostalgia hit my heart in the best possible way.
Pride High captures adolescence so well. That time of newness, excitement, and discovering who we are. That in between stage where we are almost adults on the brink of independence but also still just kids who need the love and guidance of their mom and dad. Each character has their own strugles, some harder than others, but they are all well fleshed out and interesting in their own way. I truly can't say enough about how much I love this series. I can only hope oneday someone will adapt it to TV show. Anyone interested in YA coming of age stories shoud give this series a chance.
Another Great Addition to any Excellent Series!
