Even the term theta wave frequency was unfamiliar, and it was an opportunity to learn all about the fact that the frequency is involved in the subconscious. I heard it because it was a way to manage eating habits. Although the effect did not appear immediately, I think that if I listen to it continuously, I will achieve results. Even if I do not figure out how it solves the problem, if I keep listening, I think I will get the answer. It's a new experience, and it seems to be very effective in calming the stress that comes from unhealthy eating habits.
