This Audio-book was amazing for making a simple!

This audio-book was amazing for making a simple, helpful, healthful, meal plan each week. The recipes are all pretty tasty and they make life easier by using leftovers for some of the following meals. The only draw back was that some ingredients/ingredient amounts were not properly listed in the weeks shopping list. They were not things that you could not by more of quickly if you needed to though. Thanks to Sophia Scott!
