Gave me what i need to know.

Heard some minimalist recipes here which busy-beavers like me will find comfortable. Idon’t have any intention to lose weight. I’m more interested in focusing my diet on the healthiest foods and this book gave me what I need!

packed with essentials.

I can hardly get myself to follow a diet plan before. One, because there’s just too much unorganized information and two, lack of motivation. This book is the exact opposite and now I’m able to stock my kitchen with the essentials for my plant-based diet!

Time-tested

Basically, it’s all about taking in healthy plant foods like whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, and healthy oils. I believe I will be having easier transition this time in switching to this kind of diet. Starting the diet is not the problem, but maintaining it, is.

All recipes are easy to follow with a very good narration! Pleasing to listen. Enjoyed most of easy-to-follow recipes and can't wait to try more of it! It also includes healthy burgers! YUM!

I seldom become interested in an audio book. Most of the time, I would rather choose an eBook. I find this informative and motivating. The narrator’s voice was powerful as the book itself.

With 30 recipes.

It has piqued my interest more when I heard the sample 10-day meal plan. There are dessert dishes presented and some smoothies, too. I would be able to stick to this diet without sacrificing the foods I love.

Fine guide

Lots of ideas to apply and get the body you’ve been wanting. It’s one kitchen reference I’ll be consulting from now on. Getting the paperback version would be a smart move!
