What I have been missing from teacher development.

A thoughtfully crafted and well executed roadmap to caring for yourself as an educator and human. I only wish I would’ve found this sooner.

Great resource for teachers and more!

Very well written, thoughtful discussion about why educators consider leaving the profession. Even if you never thought about exiting education, this book is full of ways to improve the work-life balance. Very thought provoking. Highly relevant to those in other careers as well.
