not what i was expecting

I downloaded this book looking for some help with memory, instead I got a book that was more concerned with my emotional state than going into helping with memory.

Oh dear

Very little on memory techniques - more a summary on how to live a 'good life'. I think I have been misled by the reviews. Looking at these reviews again after listening to the book, I question whether these reviews are genuine in that nearly all are OTT in their praise for the book and all written within a 2 day period (couldn't find any reviews outside this period).
