Reads like an essay

I feel bad leaving such a harsh review but it's honest. Good info, but sounds like a thesis or essay. Not enjoyable to listen to. Maybe it would be better not as an audio book. The author repeats herself and uses unnecessary fluff words. Probably could have been condensed into 1 hour. Wouldn't recommend.
