Lack of Self Awarenesss
Great Story to fill the gap while waiting for a new Nightlord. However get use to a total fickle young girl who cant make a decision, at every point she boast her skill.. she seemingly has no idea how to use it and outwardly postures this WOKE perception however has no awareness that her actions ruin countless lives yet she believes her indecisiveness had no play…
Great job on triggering my emotion’s and making me talk out loud at the book.. not sure i am in love with this style of Character but i liked the story. I think i prefer her dads adventures…

man even the interludes are phenomenal.
Phoebe has her own fantastic story going. I can't wait for more. especially all the Easter eggs that are laced in about "pop"

amazing
the author himself is amazing most people will get bored with all the talking and not alot of action how ever the way he builds each character and how he can draw your emotions is something that's hard to find

better than what I was expecting
a little skeptical when I went in on how this one would turn out but I like the main Series so I figured I'd give it a spin I wouldn't be against seeing one of these every three books or so that way it doesn't take too much away from the main story but we still get something on the side and it keeps the writer from getting writers blocked cuz he's thinking on something else from time to time

We are moving back to the best of NightLord
After The last book, I was worried this series was dying. This book has restored my faith. It had the perfect blend of magic, conflict, resolution, and action that can only come from a NightLord book. Looking forward to what comes next!
