Gripping story until the end

Jillian is an amazing author and listening to her read “Perfectly Queer” in her own voice made me feel very close to her as she transparently and honestly shared her journey of confusion, love and finding her authentic self. I couldn’t stop listening to her and finished the entire book within a day. I felt the range of emotions she went through and am so happy she found her true love. Her vulnerable journey of coming out isn’t the heroine’s journey of clarity and conquest but is filled with the range of emotions we humans feel from self-doubt, fear, self-criticism to utter confusion. By sharing her inner world with honesty and transparency, Jillian moved my heart deeply. I love Perfectly Queer and highly recommend it to everyone, especially the young folks who are searching for their authentic self in our binary world!

Perfectly honest & refreshing

This is a book that’s so much more than just about coming out .. this will help anyone who struggles to be authentically true to themselves. The authors wit and humor made it hard to push pause. I loved it from start to finish .. well worth the time and investment!

Such a beautiful story of love

Love this book. It is written so well. While I cannot relate to being a lesbian, there is so much here I can relate to. Living your truth, knowing what you deserve, knowing you can hope for a beautiful life, knowing we can get through the messy middle and come out the other side if only we are brave enough to leap. Thank you so much for writing this amazing book.
