Best multi cast narration ever!

I honestly cannot tell you enough how much I loved this story ! This multi cast of brilliant narrators brought it to life perfectly! This entire book is like the best orgasm in your ears! I have fallen in love with every character throughout Amy Daws' books. Each book although can be read as standalones, takes you through the amazing journey of each one of the Harris's life. and I am truly honored to read and listened to every single one. Roan and Allie's story is one of intense passion and extreme heartbreak. But through it all, the over all love of the Harris's and Roan had my heart stuttering. Such a phenomenal story . Loved every minute of this audio. And the beauty of audio, is that I can re listen as many times as I want😍

Amazing Narration!

Payback was such a delight to listen to. In true Amy Daws fashion it combines the perfect amounts of fun comedy and steamy romance. Allie and Roan are such a cute couple and constantly had me giggling while listening. The narration was perfect and really brought all of the characters to life.

The appearances of the Harris family was a wonderful bonus to this story. They are one of my all time favorite fictional families and I enjoyed getting updates on all of these characters that had already stolen my heart. I really look forward to Blindsided, which will feature another couple from this world Amy Daws has created

It's so good to be back with the Harris clan!

Performance Review:
Definitely above what I was expecting.
This story involved SO MANY characters and I was nervous that it may not sound like I had imagined in my head. When I began listening, I knew that it was going to be BETTER than I imagined. I felt every emotion and it was as though I was there with them in the story. Fantastic performance.

Story Review:
"Why are you so persistent about this?" Pinning me with his smouldering eyes, he lifts his brows knowingly. "Because I know anything worth having is worth working hard for."

Let me just be fair in saying I'm 100% in love with the Harris brothers, their women, and basically anyone lucky enough to truly be a part of their life. I just want to get that out there right at the beginning, okay? Okay. Now, let's talk about Roan.

Right from the beginning, I was totally into him. I can't even tell you how much I'm anticipating the audio to hear the accent, because I think I may swoon more (I'll let you know). As the story continued, I was waiting to be annoyed, frustrated, or even disgusted with Roan, but ... I just wasn't. He is such a good guy.

Allie, although from the Harris line and quite likable, frustrated me. I completely understood how hurt she was and how badly she wanted to make herself feel whole again. I could even understand her plan of attack in seeking revenge, but ... I'm not sure I fully agreed with her. You feel me? Also, I'm a HUGE fan of honesty, so when she keeps gliding past opportunities to share the truth, I was so disappointed.

BUT, this story...gah, lovely. Allie and Roan have much to face in finding one another, but I loved that it seemed Roan was the one truly giving his feelings first. So often, I feel, in stories about love that I've read, the woman is always revealing her feelings first and the man is just like, "Yep. You, too." This time, though, it seemed that Allie kept herself behind a wall. "Because that's sort of our rhythm, Lis. I always want more and you always want less."

I'm always in awe of how this series can seamlessly mesh laugh out loud humor, heart, realistic family dynamics, and the beautiful ride of love. One of my favorite series TO. DATE. Y'all, invest in the Harris brothers if you can ... and you will never want to come back to America again.

Excellent writing

This book is so funny and so romantic, so entertaining. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I look forward to reading more books in the series

Amazing Audiobook!!

I absolutely adored this audio. I started the first one in the series and my trial for Audible ended. I need to go back and start from the beginning. I love all of these characters!!!

EVERYONE!.. Don't be afraid lol. Read it! Or listen lol! Actually, listening is way better, especially with all of the narrators. Everyone's got to love Will and Charlotte, RIGHT?!? You're silly if you don't. Okay...the only critique I have, is that Audible needs to group everything together. I'm a tech researcher and I like digging into things, so I found the extra books, but not a lot of people do. That being said, if you can put them all in order...that would be excellent! I work for a software company and I know you can do it. Just saying. 😁

Not giving away any more details, you've got to discover just like I did. It's worth it. Love you all! Mean it! OH... and Amy, I've said it before...don't worry about those twos. Hugs! ♥️

I didn't post this for my reviews to be shared, so it's cool, I just wanted to offer some insight, and let Amy and all the narrators know that I adore them! Carry on!

Loved the variety

This is the first time listening to so many voices narrate and I hope more authors follow this trend. The narrators were fantastic with the characters and I loved the variety of accents and the flair they put into the characters. Truly they did a magnificent job with this story which I was already in love with.

As for the story...All the feels in this book have my heart absolutely exploding right now. I have loved the Harris brothers and all their adventures from the beginning and even more so now that they brought their cousin into the mix. Roan was the most perfect man and why they don't make them like him in real life I don't understand. Alice was in a dark/rebound place when she met him, did something foolish and realized the error of her ways but like all good things..... These characters just felt so real and so natural and I want to be besties with all of them. The humor in here had me laughing out loud, tears in my eyes a couple times and some adequately placed steam.

Real or fake? This book is as real as it gets <3

Another great audio read from Amy Dawes

Amy Dawes brings us back into her Harris Brothers world with the story of their cousin Allie and footballer Roan.

Roan is an excellent hero and he and Allie have so much chemistry together. I loved their banter, getting to see their growth as the book progresses, and how they make their way to an HEA.

All of Amy's audiobooks have been excellent, but I especially loved the narration in Payback. Erin Mallon is fabulous as always and I loved having the multi-cast! It really brought the story to life.

Terrific Book!

I love this book!!! Amy Daws has written a fantastic addition to the Harris Brothers series. The characters are well developed, warm and lovable. The narration however, brought the whole story to vivid life. Aaron Sherlock and Erin Mall on gave such warmth and personality to the main characters, while Will Watt and Charlotte Cole did a super fantastic job giving the multi cast of characters their own voices and lovable personalities. I love this book and I absolutely adore the whole Harris Brothers series. I very highly recommend this book and the series.

My Thoughts on Payback

It was so good being back in the Harris Brother's (and sister) world. I remember Roan from previous books, but this time the spot light was on him and Harris cousin Allie.

Immediately this book hooked me. From the "warm welcome" Allie received in the beginning the very awesome end. Once again Amy Daws amazed me with her wonderfully well written characters. Allie and Roan were impossible to not love. I fell in love with these two just as I have with every other character she's ever written. But that's just a testiment to how good she is. This book had me feeling so much. Humor, happiness and even moments of sadness and anger. But it was so well written and just flows so well you find it hard to put it down to do adult life things.

When the audio came out it was beyond anything I could imagine. The multicast was so fantastic. I loved all of the narrators individually so getting them together was a dream. I really hope Amy Daws has more audio like this in future. And of course I hope for more Harris family books.
